Okay, not fun and not flattering. But then again, is anything flattering at 9 months prego?? A lady in my ward in Louisiana when I was pregnant with Sabrina swore by castor oil. She had 9 kids and said 6 of them were born by castor oil. I'm too wimpy, never could bring myself to try it.....
Don't let her kid you - Yes, it really MUST have been THAT BAD cause it took her most of the day to get it down. She sat there for most of an hour a couple of times trying to get up the courage to get it down, but she finally made it. It was AWFUL! Made my stomach churn as I watched her! YUK!!! Anyway, she finally was brave, and after laying around for a few hours afterwards (cause it was so icky) things finally got moving, and yes, it did help move things along! (Glad it was Angi, not ME taking that stuff!) Gma Noble
PS.. When this stuff is taken, it definitely needs to be followed by a chacer - Orange Juice is great for that purpose! She did it like a trouper!! GMA Noble
OH! I took some with Summer and I would rather be pregnant than drink that nasty stuff again! I made Tom drink some with me and he did!! He got sicker than me! :)
By the way, there is NO WAY you look 9 months pregnant...I hate you...
Sick and wrong. I still have an unopened bottle I bought for Hyatt's impending labor induction, but I never got the courage to do it. You are way tougher than me!
Hi! We are the Cowleys! Jared is the Assistant Sports Editor at the Press Democrat here in Santa Rosa. He loves all things sports, especially BYU football, and his children. Angi works as the Payroll Supervisor for an accounting firm in the Bay Area, and when she has free time, loves to sew. Nathan is eight and a half and loves school, his siblings and tetherball. Dana is six and the kindest girl I know. She is always helping to care care of everyone in the family. Kimmy is three, has recently discovered Dora the Explorer and loves taking care of her baby brother. Ryan is 10 months old already and is still as mellow as ever. He is almost walking, which makes me a little sad since he is our last baby. All of it keeps us busy and happy!
